Isn't Life Wonderful 1954
Indolent and alcoholic Uncle Willie is the shame of his Edwardian family. When his brother-in-law becomes engaged to the daughter of a wealthy American banker the family decide that something needs to be done and buy him a bicycle shop, hoping - in vain as it turns out - that it will help him change his ways.
