Noble 2014
The only news you hear on TV is how our world is turning from bad to ugly, how the kindness and humanity of people disappears leaving only ashes. But how many of us ever heard of Christina Noble, who saved over 700,000 Vietnamese children including the street ones?

As a young girl in Dublin, Christina (Gloria Cramer Curtis) suffered incredible hardships, witnessing the death of her mother and the absence of her father (Liam Cunningham). Left to care for her family, Christina experienced poverty firsthand, relying on her love of singing to keep up the fight. In her teenage years, Christina (Sarah Greene) continued down a path of horror, trying to preserve her sanity through conversations with God as she endured a sexual assault and a troubling marriage. In 1989, satisfying a craving to visit Vietnam, Christina (Deirdre O’Kane) discovers a nation in need, observing local children struggle to survive in a manner familiar to her. Setting out to make a difference, Christina uses her natural moxie to bend the government and persuade oilman Gerry (Brendan Coyle) to help finance shelters, only to discover a deeper evil facing the youth of Vietnam.
