Bobby Tilton (Mike Passion) is a punk, a monster, a walking time-bomb. Full of hate and rage, he's ready to blow at any moment, for any reason.
When his best friend (Ron Ramsey) is murdered over money owed to a drug dealer, Bobby seeks revenge. He initially sets his sights on a rich yuppie (Ron Wicks), but when it turns out that he's not the culprit, Bobby takes his rage out on anyone who has every wronged him.
