Four friends on their way to a Halloween carnival decide to park their car in the exact same spot where two homosexual lovers were beheaded just 24 hours earlier. While taking a leak in the surrounding woods to avoid using those stank portable toilets, they stumble across a weirdo in a devil mask lurking in the shadows. The fellas, feeling jovial, decide to moon this mysterious man because, you know, it's Halloween. Boys will be boys, after all. This, of course, irks our bloody-thirsty villain, and he begins stalking our heroes as they journey from one outrageous party to another.
At the end of the night, who will live? Who will die? And will we ever know why this deranged psychopath is butchering gay men in West Hollywood?
