A Heart Elsewhere tells the simple story of Nello (Neri Marcore), a 35 year old virgin sent from Rome to Bologna to find himself a wife and provide an heir to go into the family business. He doesn’t have much luck, but his life changes completely after a chance meeting with Angela (Vanessa Incontrada). She's clearly too beautiful and vampy for him, but he pursues her anyway. Blinded in a train accident, Angela, decides to use Nello's goofy attentions to take revenge on the fiance who jilted her. Nello (despite warnings from Angela's father) falls for her manipulations hook, line and sinker...
